I'm alive!
Bonjour,
I know, I know, this is really getting pathetic. I have not put any pictures up for 7 months! What's up with that?
Ok, so faint of hearted, go no further...
Oh so you're curious, aren't you?
What do you see below?

This was in a cave in the Savoie region. Reminds me of a certain Disney movie.
Anybody want to take a crack at it?
I kinda look like the heroine...
:-)
Yep, the wicked witch from Snow White.
The caves were very, very cool and I mean cool as in cold too! 50 degrees on a hot summer day. It was a shock to the bones. We had fun until we started to get wet from the running water still digging and forming and dripping from the roof of the caves brrrr!
We went to the Savoie to visit Gerald's dad who is a wonderful chef.
I got to get some cooking and decorating lessons.
I got the radish roses down, now for the potato roses!
Ok, so he showed me how to do it and got this:
My turn! Me try!

Then, he put some safran in a mug and I swirled my newly made rose around and voila!
A yellow rose!
I was quite happy!
So here is a nice yellow rose for all of you! :-)
Can't wait to see all of you that I can see!
I will be passing through Chicago, San Fran, OC and LA.
BISOUS from Paris and see you soon!

Um, I forgot to mention that the geological formation of the witch is several meters tall so like a two story building!
