Letters from Orange County
The big news is I got my ticket and am planning to head back to Paris end of September! Youpi!
I am behind on my blogging because I am near the end of a Teaching English as a Foreign Language course so my eyes and head are not too happy with the extra hours I have been putting in on the computer.
Here is a fun Orange County photo. My mom picks up farm fresh oranges from a local farmer. This is the little shack where one can go to pick up the oranges. Pretty quaint and rustic heh? I like it! :-)

Emily and me.
We are standing on the same Pont des Arts the night of the birthday picnic. We bought a baguette and then took this shot to show the neat lamp posts and the fact that the Eiffel Tower is behind us on the right. Yep, that little stick pointing up above the tress mid-right is the Eiffel Tower.
Now for silly cow shots. After the picnic we walked from the bridge, to the Louvre, to the Champs Elysees. The Cow Parade was in Paris this year and we liked the "World Cup Cow". She is jumping up to head butt a soccer ball and her location is smack dab on the Champs Elysees.
Gerald discovered that when you push a button on her rump the ball actually bounces. So we had fun watching the ball bounce several times. Did not catch the action on film, but I did catch the cow trying to jump on Gerald! ;-)
Ok enough cheesy cow shots....
I promise to put up one more blog with current OC photos before I head to New Orleans. Yep, ma mere et moi, we are going to New Orleans this week to visit family there. Will definitely have photos to show when I get back from there.
Bisous
